What happens when you book
Once you book your session, we send a confirmation email with a Zoom link or directions to our Bentleigh office. You will also receive a reminder before the session.
During the session, we talk through your situation, answer your questions and work out whether we are a good fit for you. Afterwards, we email you a fixed fee quote, and you decide whether to move forwards.
We quote precisely for the work your situation requires, rather than adding buffers for unexpected complexity, so you only pay for what is needed.
Already have an accountant or tax agent?
Changing accountants is simpler than most people expect. You do not need to tell your old accountant, and there is no fee to switch.
If you choose to engage our services, we let the ATO know we are your new tax agents. From then on, we can see your past returns and ATO records. If we need anything else, we contact your old accountant for you.
